What does the property review process entail?

We seek to be a good partner to our homebuyers and a good steward for our impact investors. We want to support essential professionals in buying great homes, so we review every property to make sure that it’s a good opportunity.

When you're ready to make an offer on a home, your Landed Partner Agent will inform our team by inputting the property address, offer price, and any other available information through the Landed Agent Web App. Upon submission, you and your agent will receive a property specific letter to include in your offer package.

Landed's Property Review team will review the property and send you back helpful notes and call out any major red flags.

In order to fully approve a property for the Down Payment Program, Landed will review the following documentation:

  • Property Inspection
  • Seller disclosures (if available)
  • Preliminary Title Report
  • HOA documentation (if HOA is responsible for structural repairs)

Please note that Landed's Down Payment Program typically does not co-invest alongside customers purchasing new construction condos, new construction townhomes, properties with major deferred maintenance, or properties that are part of HOA's with outstanding litigation.
