Once you have been issued a Landed pre-approval, as well as a mortgage pre-approval from one of our participating lenders, you are ready to start looking at homes and making offers!
We know this can be a stressful and tedious process. We try to make it a little easier by ensuring you have helpful information readily available. Typically, you will have access to a lot of information on a home before you make an offer – this includes inspection reports, disclosures, and more.
When you decide to make an offer, your agent will let us know and forward us all the information on the home you are considering. To help you get the information you need to make a decision, and to determine if the property is a good opportunity, we'll do the following: review the information, synthesize it into a summary report that we share with you, and, if everything checks out, provide you with a property-specific support letter.
The whole process typically takes about one day.
